About LYNX Media
Ran by Buerkle's Publications and Digital Creations club, Lynx Media is an outlet for Margaret Buerkle Middle School students to become journalists dedicated to providing accurate, engaging, and relevant content for our community.
Our Mission
To inform and engage the MBMS community through ethical, innovative, and student-driven journalism. We aim to be a reliable source of news, a platform for diverse voices, and a training ground for the next generation of media professionals.
Our Vision
To work towards Buerkle’s community being more connected and informed than ever, through detailed and creative storytelling that reaches students, faculty, and families.

Editorial Independence: LYNX Media is a student-run publication advised by its Publications instructor according to district communication guidelines. The views expressed do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Margaret Buerkle Middle School’s administration or faculty. Lynx Media remains financially independent from the Mehlville School District.
Corrections Policy: We are committed to accuracy. If you find an error, please contact us at contact@lynxmedia.com. We will investigate and publish a correction if necessary.
Media Exclusion: Lynx Media follows our district’s media exclusion list, not publishing information or likeness of those who have asked the district to be on that list. On this list or not, if you ask to have your name or picture removed, we will always take it down.
